- has an expired license or inspection sticker;
- takes up more than one parking space;
- belongs to a Resident or Resident's household member who has surrendered or abandoned the dwelling;
- is parked in a marked handicap space without the legally required handicap insignia;
- blocks another vehicle from exiting;
- is parked in a fire lane or designated "no parking" area;
- is parked in a space marked for other residents;
- is parked on the grass or other area not intended for parking.
